Success fees on the hired candidate's 1st month salary: 10% (Yearly) · 15% (Monthly) · 20% (PAYG). Payable on signature of the job offer letter (or within one week of acceptance).
- · Fixed management fees payable upfront, non-refundable.
- · Yearly membership: 12-month agreement, renewable, pausable or cancellable with 1 month notice.
- · Monthly membership implies a 12-month payment commitment.
- · Service covers all types of contracts (full-time and part-time positions).
- · Manpower: 1–3 people per project.
- · Country coverage: UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, France, Morocco, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Monaco, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Sweden, Canada, USA.
- · 5% VAT applicable only for UAE-based customers.
- · Currency exchange rate: 1 USD = 3.67 AED.
- · Secure online payments processed by Stripe (card + bank transfer available).
