Success fees on any investment raised via Signature Network: 3% (Yearly) · 5% (Monthly) · 8% (PAYG). Payable on signature of the investment/offer letter (or within one week of acceptance).
- · Fixed management fees payable upfront, non-refundable.
- · Yearly membership: 12-month agreement, renewable, pausable or cancellable with 1 month notice.

- · Service covers all types of fundings or investments (cash, in-kind, etc.).
- · Country coverage: UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, France, Morocco, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Monaco, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Sweden, Canada, USA.
- · 5% VAT applicable only for UAE-based customers.
- · Currency exchange rate: 1 USD = 3.67 AED.
- · Secure online payments processed by Stripe (card + bank transfer available).
- · Add-on features chargeable at USD 100 + 5% VAT, billed separately.

- · 50% discount membership offers valid until 15 April 2026 — past this date, all packages resume to original prices.
